Description

The Danone Ascend Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month structured learning and work experience opportunity aimed at developing future talent for key business areas. The programme is designed to give young South African graduates hands-on exposure, cross-functional learning, and the opportunity to contribute to real business projects within Danone Southern Africa. Graduates will rotate across different departments to gain valuable experience, develop leadership capabilities, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in the FMCG industry

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional rotations every 3–6 months
• Support both operational and strategic business projects
• Analyse data, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements
• Work closely with teams to address real business challenges
• Attend scheduled training sessions, workshops, and development interventions
• Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior management
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and eagerness to learn

Qualifications

• A completed degree in one of the following fields:
• Finance
• Accounting
• Marketing
• Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
